Early Child Assessment

Families consult with our specialists to understand how to best support their toddler or preschooler.

We provide strength-based consultation and neurodevelopmental evaluation services for young children (age 24 months to 4.5 years). Referral questions may involve a young child’s cognitive development, speech, motor functioning, adaptive behavior, social emotional functioning, and school readiness.

Our early child specialists conduct play observations, school observation, interviews, and standardized testing and questionnaires. We navigate early intervention services and schools in the SF Bay Area.  Referral concerns may include autism spectrum, anxiety, selective mutism, sleep irregularities, tantrums, self regulation, and developmental delays.
